Experimental Investigation of Metal Removal and Micro-Hardness During MAF Process

Composite materials using natural rubber as the main matrix are popular these days because of wide applications in modern industries. Rubber also have damping properties, energy absorption, and exposure to continuous loads different environmental conditions. In this research, effect temperatures on rubber-epoxy composite with ratios (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) epoxy has been studied. Where comparison was made between heat-aged un-aged samples tensile test. To know high composite, it done a heated oven at temperature 70◦C. The results obtained from test observed decrease strength elongation when exposed thermal aging.
